I recently ordered a gift card as a birthday gift for my son in law, an enthusiastic Kent gardener. it arrived very quickly, and I appreciated the call to check if I wanted to send it directly to him. I did want it sent to me so I could mail it with a card to him, but I was pleased you had taken the extra step to check. In May we visited your site and purchased several shrubs from your excellent collection, which are all doing well.

So Easy

My mother in law loves getting a Kent East Hill Nursery gift card for holidays and her birthday. She doesn't need useless knick knacks or another sweater. She likes to putter in her small yard and with a nursery gift card she can choose what she wants and how she wants to design her little back yard each spring and through the summer. She really appreciates their variety of plants and their friendly employees. I appreciate that the website is very user friendly.

Very easy transaction

We live on Maui and our son and his wife live in Kent. They are in the midst of redoing their landscaping as they can afford it. The gift card was the perfect option for Christmas. We got charged a shipping fee during checkout but we were contacted the next day and the staff was very apologetic and promptly refunded the shipping charge. That’s called integrity. We look forward to working with the staff in future to help get our kids landscaping finishing.
