Plant Guarantee, Returns and Shipping
GUARANTEE
We want you to feel confident when shopping with us, and we truly want your plants to thrive! Trees and shrubs are fully guaranteed for 30 days and may be exchanged for a replacement of equal or lesser value, or you can receive store credit. We also offer partial credit up to 90 days after purchase. After 90 days, trees and shrubs are no longer covered under our guarantee.
Here’s how it works:

If you purchase a tree for $100 and it doesn’t make it within the first 30 days, we’ll happily replace it with one of equal value or provide a $100 store credit in the form of a gift card.

If your $100 tree does well at first, but then declines between day 31 and day 90, you’ll receive a $50 gift card credit to use toward a new tree or anything else in the nursery. (Our gift cards never expire!)
We do not offer guarantees on houseplants, annuals, perennials, hanging baskets, vegetables, herbs, bulbs, or sale items. However, we’re always here to help! If something isn’t performing the way you expected, please reach out—we’re happy to offer advice and support so you can have the best success possible. Please note that our guarantee does not cover plants that fail due to improper care after purchase, including incorrect watering, poor placement, or damage to the root system during planting.

IN STORE RETURNS
We’re happy to help with returns! All approved returns are issued as in-store credit in the form of a gift card, which never expires.
Please note that we’re unable to accept returns on landscaper transactions, special orders, or discounted plants. Returns must include a physical or electronic receipt and require management approval.

SHIPPING
Items will be carefully packaged and boxed by our shipping team taking the utmost care of your purchase. Orders will be shipped typically within a few days of your purchase. For plant purchases: During winter months heat packs are complementary depending on the temperature in the city of destination. If your area is experiencing extreme temperatures we will wait until weather gets a little bit warmer or colder to ship out your package. Depending on your location in the United States it may take 1-9 days for you to receive your order. If you ever have an issue upon receiving your order, please give us a call or shoot us an email so we can help!
ONLINE RETURNS
All sales are final. With our superb packaging skills, plants experience little to no damage when in transit, though sometimes issues may arise. Please send all inquiries accompanied by a photo of the damages to info@kenteasthillnursery.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. If it is determined by our team for you to receive a replacement, it will be shipped out ASAP. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
