Can I special order something through you?

We currently don't have a great way to notify customers of new arrivals. With that being said, if you are looking to place a large order or bulk quantity of a certain item we might be able to help with that.

 

Do you have any volunteer opportunities?

We are unable to provide volunteer opportunities due to the heavy machinery on our property.

 

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns for in-store credit only. Please see our "Shipping & returns" page for more details.

 

Do you deliver?

Yes we do offer a delivery service! Our delivery charge varies depending on how far you live from the nursery. Give us a call to get an exact delivery quote for your zip code! 253-631-5320

 

Do you sell soil, bark and rock by the truckload?

Is your nursery pet friendly?

Of course! All animals are welcome at the nursery. We even have treats at our front counter for doggies!

 

Do you take back plastic nursery pots?

Sorry here at the nursery we don't take plastic nursery pots back. Tap here for a great resource on where you may be able to recycle them.

 

Can you ship plants to me?

Yes, but it depends what you are looking for. At the moment we only offer shipping on select houseplants. If you don't see the plant you were looking for online, it may be because they are too large or too fragile to ship.

Can you help me design my yard?

Absolutely! Our talented outdoor staff members can guide you during this process. Feel free to bring by pictures of the areas you are wishing to re-landscape.

 

Do you offer a planting service?

We do not have a crew who can install plants for you. Our best recommendation would be to google "Landscapers Near Me". Read their reviews and contact them for pricing.

 

Are you open year-round?

Yes! We are a year-round operation only closed on select holidays.

Can you diagnose what is going on with my indoor and outdoor plants?

Certainly! We can help in one of two ways. You may either bring in a picture of what your plant is experiencing or send us an email with a picture describing what is happening with your plant.

 

Can you help me load heavy or large items into my car?

We are always there to help! If you need assistance at anytime throughout the buying process here at the nursery just ask one of our team members. We'll even provide bags or liners to keep your car clean!

We are in Kent Washington. Our address is 11644 SE 240th St Kent, WA 98031. If you're local we're about 10 minutes off of Highway 167.
