Are you ready to repot your houseplant but not sure what you're doing, don't have space, or need some help? Let us help! Bring your plant in and we'll do the hard work for you.

Repotting appointment times are intended for dropping off your plants and giving us a chance to evaluate what needs to be done.

During this time, our team will look over your plants, determine the right soil, pot size, and care steps, and provide an estimate of the work involved. Because each plant is different, we may not always be able to begin the repotting immediately after intake—especially on busy days or when larger projects are ahead of yours. If we’re not able to start right away, we’ll take great care of your plants and give you a call as soon as the repotting is complete and ready for pickup.

If we are able to work on your plants during your scheduled drop-off window, you’re more than welcome to browse and enjoy the store while we complete the repotting. Our goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible, and we appreciate your understanding as we give each plant the time and attention it needs.

At the time of booking, we require a $5 deposit to hold your spot. This deposit will be put towards the repotting fee. Fees are assessed at the time of the appointment once the plant(s) has been brought in for the service.

The repotting fee is dependent on the size and complexity of the plant. For basic repots, it is $1 for every inch of diameter of the pot size. If the plant has additional requirements, such as a complex staking situation or separating a plant into several different pots, there may be an additional fee. There will be an additional fee for pesticide treatments with pricing dependent on severity of issue. Any pots or planting accessories (such as a moss pole) you purchase for this plant must also be paid for at the time of the appointment.

We have a size limit on certain plants. We do not repot any plants in pots larger than 12". Some exceptions apply, please speak with a member of our staff to see if your larger plant is eligible.

*Effective January 1st, 2026, there will be a price increase on our repotting service from $1 to $2 per inch in diameter of the new pot. Pricing does not include additional requirements like moss poles or pest treatments.

Will Always Use

I’m a newbie to houseplants and had previously killed every planted I had owned. Welp, I was in the process of ruining a wonderful ZZ and it being infested with fungus gnats when I brought it in for help. They repotted and saw I was overwatering and had given my plant root rot. I was able to walk away with some really helpful advice, a plant good as new, and I couldn’t walk out without at least one new addition. I will never go anywhere else. The customer service is top tier.

Thanks so much for the awesome review! So glad we could help get your ZZ back on track. You’re always welcome here, and we’re excited to help grow your plant collection anytime!

Saved my semi frozen plant from Aunt

This service was a life saver for me. My aunt gave me a plant and I left outside in the cold too long. It had been in a greenhouse. Nicely repotted and is indoor under a grow light to have a chance to survive. I will be returning for repotting of my other plants. Repotting fee is reasonable and affordable and great service.

Thanks for the kind words Sheryl! We're glad to have saved this plant for you. Looking forward to helping with more repotting projects in the future. (:
